Final pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities, and specifications are subject to engineering review and written confirmation for each order.

3. Orders, Payment, and Delivery

All orders are subject to acceptance by Avrontek and to the specific commercial terms (pricing, payment terms, delivery schedule, Incoterms, and applicable taxes) agreed in writing for that order, which shall take precedence over these general Terms in case of conflict.

Avrontek will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery timelines but shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to raw material shortages, transportation disruptions, or force majeure events.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Avrontek name and branding, is the property of Avrontek Pvt.
